Jake Prizant

Jake Prizant has nearly a decade of experience in financial services working with private equity sponsors, family offices, lenders, and institutional investors. Through his work as a senior business development executive, he has cultivated strong relationships across the private equity market and with key participants in the M&A ecosystem.

Prior to joining Stout, Jake was a Vice President of Business Development at Hilco Global, where he focused on originating and structuring credit and advisory solutions for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Before that, he served as a Senior Associate at Align Equipment Finance and held roles in credit and underwriting at Wintrust, where he underwrote more than $100 million in commercial loan transactions.

Jake has been actively engaged in the Chicago private equity community throughout his career and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and the Secured Finance Network (SFNet).
