Holly Purcell

Holly Purcell has extensive experience providing financial and operational leadership in public and private medical device and biotechnology companies. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of areas, including corporate governance, business development, corporate strategy, cap table modeling and management, IPO readiness, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and financial operations oversight.

Prior to joining Stout, Holly was a Consulting CFO at LS Associates providing CFO services to private biotechnology companies while leading the foundation and formation practice for newly formed companies.

Prior to that, she was Head of Finance at Xontogeny/PXV Fund, a boutique venture capital firm in Boston, responsible for firm-wide and portfolio company financial leadership. Previously, she held Vice President of Finance roles in high-growth public and private commercial stage medical device companies. Holly was an integral part of Vapotherm Inc.’s (NYSE: VAPO) initial public offering.
