Giacomo Mogni

Giacomo Mogni is a Managing Director within the Investment Banking group and Co-Head of the Milan office. He has 20 years of experience providing M&A advisory services to the middle market, both domestically and cross-border, primarily involving private and publicly traded companies as well as private equity portfolio companies.

Giacomo's investment banking experience includes mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, carve-outs, restructuring, and equity capital markets/debt capital markets deployed in strict connection to M&A activity.

His experience covers a broad range of sectors within the consumer and industrial goods and services arena, with an emphasis on typical export-driven Italian industrial niche sectors such as mechanics, industrial machineries, cosmetics, personal care, clothing apparel and accessories, and other industrial services.

Giacomo started his career in the M&A department of SG-CIB in Milan. He then joined Parsec Finance srl, an Italian independent advisory boutique firm focused on M&A in the middle market with international reach. He later co-founded and became CEO of Euromerger Italia srl, the Italian advisory firm member of the European M&A network Euromerger, supporting M&A activities in Italy.
