David Dollinger

David Dollinger is responsible for relationship development and client management, keeping decision makers current on the breadth of the firm’s offerings and fostering discussions with the appropriate resources as various challenges and opportunities present themselves. He has extensive experience working with large public and private companies, financial sponsors, transaction and capital markets attorneys, and accounting and tax professionals across greater Houston, the state of Texas, and the U.S.

David regularly collaborates with his colleagues to create value for the firm’s clients in connection with investment banking, commercial diligence, fairness and solvency opinions, healthcare advisory, disputes and claims, real estate and construction services, and other advisory-related matters.

Prior to joining Stout, David opened the Houston office for another global advisory firm. David also has experience as a business owner and with serving the investment review committee at a large, diversified energy company.
