David Bales

David Bales is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group. 

He has experience in the valuation of business interests in corporations for numerous purposes, including extensive experience in the valuation of ownership interests in companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). David has performed analyses related to ESOP security formation and transactions, determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, and annual employer security valuation updates.
