Dante Orlandi has over five years of experience providing accounting advisory and transaction services to public and private companies, ranging from early-stage startups to well-established corporations. His experience spans a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, and insurance.

Dante has advised clients on a variety of complex accounting matters, including purchase accounting, revenue recognition, debt and equity issuances, stock-based compensation, and earnings per share, in addition to providing financial statement preparation services to public and private companies. He has also advised on numerous engagements related to initial public offerings and reverse mergers.

Previously, he held a management position with Ernst & Young as a financial accounting advisory professional primarily serving the financial services industry.
