Damien Jaquet is a Director in the Investment Banking group at Stout and is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Damien has extensive experience advising privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions with both buy- and sell side assignments, business valuations, and financial modeling. He contributes across all stages of the M&A process, from opportunity origination and transaction marketing to deal execution. Throughout his career, he has advised clients across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in industrials, luxury goods and watchmaking, healthcare, and information technology.
Prior to joining Stout, Damien spent eight years in the M&A Advisory team at UBS in Switzerland. During this time, he advised dozens of Swiss small and medium-sized enterprises on M&A transactions, primarily sell-side mandates, as well as acquisitions and business valuation engagements. Before UBS, Damien spent nearly four years in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Advisory team in Geneva.
