Ceri Strader

Ceri Strader has over five years of experience in the valuation of privately held businesses, forensic accounting, and other litigation-related services. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, professional services, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services.

Ceri advises clients on business enterprise valuation, stock-option valuation and other equity award valuation, and purchase price allocation utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. She works closely with family law attorneys, trial attorneys, high-net worth individuals, and other clients in the context of business valuation, equity valuation, income analyses, and forensic investigations.

Prior to joining Stout, Ceri was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was involved primarily in assurance-related services for asset-backed securitizations for auto, credit card, and other esoteric assets.
