Bridget Alston

Bridget Alston has extensive experience providing accounting services to both public and private sector clients with a focus on technology, media, and hospitality. With over 10 years of experience, her diverse background includes a combination of auditing, technical accounting, and SEC reporting.

Bridget advises publicly traded and privately owned companies on technical matters, financial reporting, IPO readiness, and capital raising transactions. Combined with her technical expertise, she excels at project management and communication, allowing her to provide high-quality deliverables on time to clients.

Prior to joining Stout, Bridget spent two years at BDO’s National Office serving as a subject matter expert in debt and equity transactions, business combinations, earnings per share, and revenue. In addition to reviewing memos in those areas for audit teams, she was also the lead Senior Manager in drafting BDO’s Blueprint “Issuer’s Accounting for Complex Financial Instruments.”
