Brad Burch has nearly three decades of experience advising both public and private companies on technical accounting, financial reporting, and audit readiness matters. He also has extensive experience with initial public offerings and other going-public transactions. He serves clients across a broad range of industries, including technology (software, hardware, and software-as-a-service), life sciences, and media.
Brad advises companies on complex accounting and reporting matters, with significant expertise in revenue recognition, debt and equity arrangements, embedded derivatives, business combinations, share-based compensation, consolidations, unconsolidated entities, financial statement preparation, and earnings per share. He also has particular experience in goodwill and intangible assets, SEC reporting, leases, foreign currency translation, inventory and related reserves, fair value measurements, and investments.
Prior to joining Stout, Brad was a Partner at Connor Group and a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.
