Bob Sanville

Bob Sanville has extensive experience providing loan valuation and stress testing services to public and private sector clients and government agencies. He has expertise across a broad range of asset classes, including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, residential, and consumer.

Bob advises publicly traded and privately owned companies and government agencies on loan valuations across various asset and performance classes. His role integrates quantitative and qualitative analysis, working on both the DXMark and DXValue products. 

With a focus on detailed examination, Bob reviews loan documents, financial data, and third-party reports, utilizing discounted cash flow analysis to assess a loan’s market value. He also prepares comprehensive valuation reports tailored to client needs and collaborates closely with senior management.

Prior to joining Stout, Bob worked at DebtX Analytics, previously part of The Debt Exchange, Inc. (DebtX), where he served as a Senior Analyst in the Analytics group. Prior to joining DebtX, Bob worked at Capital Crossing Servicing Company as an Analyst in the Asset Management group.
