Before joining Stout, Bjorn was a Senior Director at Pointe Advisory. Prior to Pointe, he spent nearly a decade with Bain & Company across Dallas, Johannesburg, and Lagos, advising global and regional clients in sectors including private equity, telecom, energy, and industrials. His work focused on commercial diligence, translating strategy into action, streamlining operations, optimizing capital allocation, and identifying opportunities for sustained competitive advantage. Earlier in his career, he led engineering and business improvement initiatives at the South African utility, Eskom, supporting critical infrastructure modernization, capital projects, and operational improvement efforts.
