Bill McCrossan

Bill McCrossan has over 10 years of experience working with private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, investment managers, hedge funds, family offices, credit investors, BDCs, and lenders. Through his experience, he has developed relationships in the private equity community across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, transportation, restaurants, gaming, professional services, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services.

In his role, Bill is responsible for managing and developing private equity relationships on behalf of the firm as well as informing the overall sponsor community of Stout’s capabilities across investment banking, transaction and valuation advisory, and other service lines.

Prior to joining Stout, Bill worked in consulting, supporting the private equity market in roles with FirstParty, Performance Improvement Partners, and Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG).
