Anthony Sommer has four years of experience across various industries and businesses of different sizes, ranging from startup to IPO and public companies.
Prior to joining Stout, Anthony was an Associate at PwC working in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector of the Trust Solutions department (formerly Assurance), performing audits on both private and public companies including multiple IPOs.
Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant and has experience in complex accounting, audit issues, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.
Anthony has provided finance integration and transformation support to public, private, and PE portfolio companies. Focus areas have concentrated around accelerating the management reporting cycle and facilitating companies’ compliance reporting and external financial statement review for key stakeholders.
