Angie Peng has more than a decade of consulting experience across technology, business services, and industrial sectors. Her experience includes advising a global semiconductor leader on AI-driven M&A opportunities, developing portfolio strategy and growth strategy for leading technology players, and leading investment thesis development and subsequent diligences for a $2 billion fund. She has led more than 40 commercial due diligence engagements and is known for translating complex market dynamics into clear, actionable insights that support confident investment and operational decisions. She also brings deep expertise in pricing and procurement transformations.
Prior to joining Stout, Angie was a Director in Pointe Advisory’s Professional Services practice, where she led engagements focused on commercial diligence, market analysis, and growth strategy for investors and corporate clients.
Before joining Pointe Advisory, she was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she advised private equity firms and Fortune 500 clients across the deal cycle, from market scans and buy- and sell-side diligence to portfolio strategy and transformation. Earlier in her career, Angie worked in Deloitte’s Business Strategy and Data Analytics practice, supporting M&A and digital transformation initiatives across Asia.
