Andre Marcon

Andre Marcon has over 15 years of experience in accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting advisory services. His industry background spans technology, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, financial services, retail and wholesale, and business and professional services.

Andre advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on technical accounting matters under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards, including revenue from contracts with customers, consolidations, lease accounting, business combinations, cost and inventory accounting, and internal control over financial reporting (Sarbanes-Oxley).

Andre works closely with audit committees, boards of directors, and c-suite executives in the context of financial statement reporting, technical accounting, and complex accounting matters. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and he brings hands-on experience coordinating multi-location, multicultural teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to joining Stout, Andre was a Senior Manager in the Assurance practice at EY, where he served public and private clients across multiple industries in Brazil and the United States.
