Adeline provides accounting advisory and financial reporting services to public and private companies navigating complex transactions, capital markets activities, and technical accounting matters, including stock-based compensation and revenue recognition. She advises management teams, legal counsel, finance organizations, and other stakeholders on accounting and reporting considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Prior to joining Stout, Adeline was a Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company and previously sat in accounting advisory and assurance roles.
