Abhijat Joshi has led numerous commercial due diligence efforts and value creation programs for private equity investors, portfolio companies, and large corporations. His experience spans professional and industrial services, healthcare, and consumer technology. He is known for setting clear strategic direction and driving pragmatic execution that delivers measurable outcomes.

Prior to joining Stout, Abhijat was a Senior Director at Pointe Advisory and spent nine years at Bain & Company, most recently as an Associate Partner in New York and a leader in the Performance Improvement practice. Earlier in his career, Abhijat held operations leadership roles at ITC Limited, one of India’s largest diversified conglomerates.
