Stout Announces Winners of 2023 Diverse Emerging Leaders Scholarship
Stout is proud to announce the winners of the 2023 Diverse Emerging Leaders Scholarship. The scholarship provides financial assistance to diverse students pursuing a degree in business.
Two thousand dollars were awarded to those who demonstrated Stout’s core values and ambitions to help them succeed. Those eligible included sophomore students from an underrepresented population pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a business-related field. They also must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
The five winners of the 2023 Diverse Emerging Leaders Scholarship are:
Ally Chan
Major: Economics
School: Northwestern University
“As a minority going into investment banking, it means a lot to me that Stout supports and invests in diverse students so that they can pursue their academic and professional aspirations. This scholarship will not only help immensely with furthering my education at Northwestern but also will give me the opportunity to explore different areas of business and finance that I’m sure will take me very far in my future career.”

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide young diverse leaders an opportunity to be successful in school and their future careers. By providing financial support, Stout plays an important role in helping each winner reach their goals.
