Stout Advises on Sale of Intertech Plastics to TriMas Corporation
Stout announced today that its client, Intertech Plastics (“Intertech”), has been acquired by TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) (“TriMas”). Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Intertech in connection with this transaction.
Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Intertech is an innovative solutions provider of complex, precision injection molded components serving medical, proprietary packaging, industrial, and consumer applications. Intertech’s operations are technology driven, with a key focus on advanced manufacturing innovations and processes that deliver zero-defect solutions. The Company offers a deep suite of “pellet-to-shelf” capabilities, most notably in-house automation engineering, tool design and build, and highly automated production.
