Stout announced today that its client, Retina Vitreous Associates, Inc. (RVA), has been acquired by CEI Vision Partners (CVP), a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Denver. Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to RVA in connection with this transaction.

RVA is a leading retinal ophthalmology practice providing advanced vitreoretinal surgical treatment and care with 10 locations throughout Ohio.
