Stout Advises McLoone Metal Graphics on Its Sale to Clarion Safety Systems, LLC
Stout has advised McLoone Metal Graphics (“McLoone”), a portfolio company of JSJ Corporation (“JSJ”), on its sale to Clarion Safety System, LLC (“Clarion Safety”). Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to McLoone in connection with the transaction, which closed in February 2025.
Founded in 1954 and headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, McLoone is a leading, full-service manufacturer of custom engineered, high-quality graphic solutions, including product identification, ID plates, nameplates, labels, and graphic overlays. McLoone is known for its high-quality, durable identification products and its ability to serve diverse industries, including industrial, medical, and consumer goods.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Milford, Pennsylvania, Clarion Safety is a leading provider of visual safety and compliance products and services. Clarion Safety offers a full range of standard and custom visual safety products, including machinery safety labels and environmental and facility safety signs and markings – collaborating with customers to implement best practices in relation to a broad range of safety standards to maximize safety and reduce risk. In recent years, it has expanded its portfolio, offering comprehensive machinery safeguarding and risk consulting services.
