Michael Jenny Joins Stout’s Investment Banking Group
Stout is pleased to announce that Michael Jenny has joined the firm as Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. He brings more than twenty years of strategic advisory experience, including merger and acquisition (M&A), restructuring, and capital raising, with an emphasis on the metals and manufacturing industries. He has advised companies and sponsors across various sectors, including production, distribution, fabrication, and recycling of metals and specialty materials.
Prior to joining Stout, Michael was a Partner at Livingstone Partners on its Global Industrials team. Prior to Livingstone, he was a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, where he spent 12 years executing numerous domestic and international cross-border transactions.

Michael received his B.S. from Vanderbilt University and his M.B.A. from Washington University’s Olin Business School. He has also served on the Village of Glenview’s Board of Trustees since 2011. As of 2021, he assumed the role of Village President. He is based in Chicago, IL.
