Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Les Psy Réunis and its founders, Doctors Elizabeth and Andrei Cicotti, in connection with its significant stake sale to GIMV.

Created in 2018, Les Psy Réunis has established a strong position in the outpatient mental care space in Switzerland. Today, the group runs five centers in Geneva, employs more than 80 therapists, and provides over 50,000 consultations to its patients per year.

This investment is aimed at accelerating the development of a network of mental care centers across Switzerland. The objective is not only to build upon the strong organic growth experienced by the group but also to consolidate the market through acquisitions while maintaining the highest standards of quality of patient care.
