Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to United Poly Systems, LLC (UPS) on its sale to Industrial Opportunity Partners, LLC (IOP).

UPS is a leading manufacturer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe for use in the oil and gas, water supply, and telecom/power utility end markets. The company was founded in 2011 and operates out of two facilities in Springfield, MO, and Albuquerque, NM.
