Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Paerli-Chiquet Group (PCG), which sold a significant stake to Vuilliomenet Electricité, a wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe E, a Swiss energy company.

PCG was founded in 1892 and is specialized in the design and installation of heating and sanitary installations. Today the company operates on seven sites. Together with Groupe E, PCG will be able to pursue its organic growth and provide its sector expertise to other group companies.
