Bill Miras has over 10 years of experience providing consulting and litigation support to clients ranging from middle market private businesses to multinational public companies and law firms. He has consulted on an array of matters, including commercial contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and other general commercial litigation.

Bill's experience relates to financial issues in the dispute and valuation context. This includes the analysis and evaluation of large, complex economic and financial data sets for determining the extent of damages, the valuation of assets, and industry and technical research. 

He has consulted on cases in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, web-based software, mobile software and hardware, and telecommunications.

Bill manages all aspects of the damages analysis process. In doing so, he analyzes and models financial and economic data, creates damages and valuation models, drafts expert reports, creates trial demonstratives, and prepares expert witnesses for deposition and trial.

Bill's prior experience includes business operations consulting and litigation management. As a business operations analyst for Venable LLP, he focused on performance measurement, risk management, pricing, and process improvement. As a litigation case manager, Bill was involved in the full spectrum of litigation management from prelitigation due diligence and large-scale collection and management of electronic data to the final appeal.
