Ryan Robertson has over 18 years of experience advising public and private-sector clients on strategy, operations improvement, and transaction execution. He has expertise across multiple sectors, including financial services, consumer, health and life sciences, travel and lodging, industrials, and technology, media, and telecommunications.

Ryan focuses on integration and separation for corporate and private equity clients. He has advised leadership on over $100 billion in M&A and carve-out transactions.

On the buy side, his experience ranges from pre-Day-One planning to integration program management, synergy realization, and operational improvement. On the sell side, his experience includes separation program management, transitional services agreement definition, and stand-alone cost assessment. He has also led engagements ranging from growth strategy, sales transformation, and SG&A reduction to organization design, talent management, and leadership effectiveness.

Prior to joining Stout, Ryan was a Director at KPMG, where he specialized in leading large complex projects and transaction execution for corporate and private equity-backed firms. Ryan previously held advisory roles at PwC and Accenture.

In industry, he served on the Strategy & Operations team at Akamai Technologies, where he helped integrate a large cybersecurity acquisition. In the public sector, he advised the White House on implementation of economic recovery infrastructure and helped the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) drive enterprise and culture transformation across the U.S. Intelligence Community.
