Nansi Nistorova is a Vice President in the Investment Banking group and is a member of the global technology practice.
Her extensive advisory experience encompasses a broad spectrum of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, strategic advisory, and equity and debt financing. She has overseen more than 15 technology transactions since 2019 alone.
With a profound understanding of international transactions across various industries, Ms. Nistorova specializes on healthtech, software-as-a-service, mobility, artificial intelligence, data analytics, business & IT services, (R)eCommerce, and digital media.
Ms. Nistorova brings a wealth of experience with clients spanning from family-owned businesses and venture capital and private equity-backed companies to Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining Stout, Nansi worked at Stifel Europe (formerly ACXIT Capital Partners), a European corporate finance and investment advisory firm with focus on the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications sector.
