Joe Oriti has nearly 20 years of experience providing business transformation and interim management services to companies, lenders, and private equity firms. He has served as advisor, officer, and/or fiduciary on behalf of his clients to conduct financial and operational assessments to identify strategic alternatives, improve operational and financial performance, increase enterprise value, and maximize recovery to all stakeholders. He supports critical decision making throughout the M&A transaction lifecycle.

Joe specializes in cash management and treasury, corporate financial planning and analysis, corporate financial and transaction due diligence, working capital management, operational effectiveness and performance improvement, business valuation, and mergers & acquisitions. He has served clients in the healthcare, energy, manufacturing, retail, and financial services industries. He works closely with corporate boards, management teams, attorneys, high-net-worth individuals in the context of M&A transactions, secured lenders, and private equity.

Joe has extensive healthcare operations and finance experience serving in interim executive roles (e.g., President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance) for several acute care hospitals and healthcare systems reporting to the board of directors and working with senior management teams. He also has provided advisory services to other healthcare provider organizations, including ambulatory surgery centers, physician practice management, dental support organizations, and continuing care retirement communities.

Prior to joining Stout, Joe held investment banking, restructuring, and management consulting positions with Conway MacKenzie (Riveron), SOLIC Capital Advisors, Navigant Consulting, Mesirow Financial Consulting, and KPMG Corporate Recovery.
