Andrew Hennemuth has been a construction professional for more than 25 years and has extensive experience with project management, general contracting, and construction consulting. He has consulted on a variety of complex projects throughout the United States and Canada with a concentration on construction scheduling, cost evaluation, and project planning. Andrew has vast experience working with clients to resolve complicated builder’s risk / course of construction and property damage insurance claims.
He has been qualified and testified as an expert in matters concerning the fair and reasonable construction / repair costs and period of delay associated with course of construction insurance losses and construction disputes in both arbitration and in federal court.
Prior to joining Stout, he was the regional lead of the Northeast, Mid-Central, North Central, and Canada for J.S. Held’s Builders’ Risk group, where he was responsible for managing a team of construction professionals that consulted on and led some of North America’s most complex builder’s risk claims.
Additionally, Andrew served as a Senior Construction Manager for one of Washington, DC’s, largest developers and as a project manager for two of the DC area’s top general contractors, where he was responsible for preconstruction, bidding, purchasing, contract negotiation, on-site management, schedule preparation and maintenance, change orders / claims negotiation and resolution, budget management, and the overall day-to-day management of a variety of construction projects. He is directly responsible for construction in excess of $250M throughout his career.
