Bryce A. Geyer has completed hundreds of valuations of companies ranging in size from pre-revenue to over $10 billion in annual revenue since entering the industry in 2005. His extensive experience covers a broad and diverse range of valuation assignments for purposes that include estate and gift tax, transaction fairness, disputes, as well as corporate and personal income tax.
Bryce has developed specialized knowledge in the valuation of alternative investment firms and carried interests, and he has expertise valuing businesses involved in a wide variety of industries including cryptocurrency, software and technology, financial services, food and beverage, and casino gaming, among others. In addition to business interests, Bryce has expertise with stock options, RSUs and other compensation arrangements. He has also written and spoke about court cases from the Delaware Court of Chancery, the US Tax Court, and California Courts, regarding transactions, tax matters and disputes.
