Stout led an audit of a global corporation manufacturing and selling diagnostic kits on behalf of a government research laboratory with over $1 million in audit findings. We found that the licensee omitted certain stock-keeping units (SKUs) of licensed products in royalty reports. The licensee also failed to report original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales pursuant to sublicensing agreements the licensee entered with other players in the industry.
