Mark Lee specializes in financial due diligence and M&A Advisory and has extensive experience supporting private equity firms and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He provides expertise in evaluating normalized EBITDA, net working capital requirements, purchase agreement terms, and post-closing support.

Mark has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including franchise and multi-unit retail and services, technology, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and professional services.

Prior to joining Stout, Mark was as a Director with Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory practice, advising M&A clients across a range of industries.
