Andrew Benson

Andrew Benson is in the Investment Banking Group at Stout. He has over 10 years of experience executing M&A, strategic advisory, and debt and equity capital raising transactions with a primary focus on the specialty distribution sector. Andrew has successfully completed a variety of transactions for private equity firms, corporate clients, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining Stout, Andew was a Senior Vice President in the Global Industrials Group at Jefferies, where he covered specialty distribution companies. Before Jefferies, he was a Vice President in the Global Industrials Group at Barclays covering multiple industrial sectors.
