He is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of commercial insurance claims analysis, insurance allocation, and damages calculations in complex insurance claim disputes. He has performed damages analyses and developed complex allocations in both a testifying expert and privileged consulting capacity in various state and federal jurisdictions across the country.

Ross specializes in providing complex claims consulting related to commercial insurance disputes and class actions. He has assisted many corporations and their legal counsel on a variety of complex litigation matters and class actions, including damages calculations, insurance claim allocations, insurance offsets in CERCLA recovery cases, retrospective premium plan calculations, insurance receivable reserving analyses, statistical sampling, and claims exposure estimations.

Ross has extensive experience analyzing and evaluating insurance programs dating back to the 1940s through today, including coverage with retrospective premium plans, fronting arrangements, and captive programs.
