Ralph Colucci has over 25 years of experience in valuation and financial modeling related to the valuation of business enterprise, equity, debt, derivatives, and intellectual property in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, divestitures, debt recapitalizations, solvency opinions, fairness opinions, and tax and financial reporting for both corporate and private equity clients.
Prior to joining the Corporate Valuation Advisory (CVA) practice at Stout, Ralph was a Managing Director at Genova Group, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s valuation advisory practice. He worked on diligence teams that were hired to conduct financial, tax, and valuation due diligence in the execution of pre-deal advisory and corporate transaction and restructuring projects. Prior to Genova, he was a Director in the Transaction Services practice at PwC LLP and a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Grant Thornton LLP.
Ralph has served as an adjunct professor of finance at Saint Joseph’s University, LaSalle University, Temple University and Penn State University teaching mergers and acquisitions, investments, financial statement analysis, and valuation courses in both the graduate and undergraduate programs.
