Kristin Spoon has specialized as a business economist in litigation and consulting services since 1998. Kristin’s expertise is in the valuation of personal economic loss, including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, lost profit analysis, and various commercial matters.
She has testified as an expert witness in deposition and at trial, and she frequently aids in the review and analysis of opposing economic experts’ economic loss calculations. Her experience includes discovery assistance, analysis of financial records, financial projections, statistical analyses, database management, and Federal Rule 26 reporting.
Prior to joining Stout, Kristin was a Principal at Torrey Partners.
