Jeremy Krasner is the Tysons Corner office leader and has over 20 years of finance related experience providing business valuation and advisory services for Fortune 500 companies, middle market corporations, early-stage, growth companies, and private equity controlled entities. His responsibilities include engagement management in the areas of intangible and business valuations for numerous purposes, including purchase price allocation, fairness and solvency opinions, corporate strategic planning, goodwill impairment testing, stock options and warrants, intangible asset valuation, estate and gift taxation, bankruptcy proceedings, valuation discounts and other tax, corporate, and litigation related matters. Jeremy’s experience encompasses a wide array of industries.

In addition to his role as co-leader of Stout’s information technology practice, Jeremy is a member of the firm’s technical steering committee for overall business valuations and tax and financial reporting issues. Prior to joining Stout, Jeremy was a Vice President with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin and a Manager with Ernst & Young.
