Dan Siegert

Dan Siegert has extensive experience focusing on disputes and investigations, particularly in post-transaction M&A disputes and buyer and seller Representation & Warranties Insurance (RWI) claims. Dan has managed and been on teams supporting clients with disputes ranging from closing working capital disputes to buy-side RWI claims. He has served clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and defense, professional service, and consumer products.

Previously, Dan was a member of Stout’s financial due diligence team, where he advised both public and private companies on buy-side and sell-side engagements. He also held roles at RSM, BMO, and Deloitte.
