Chris Denver has over 20 years of experience assisting domestic and international publicly traded and privately held companies with complex accounting and financial reporting issues, such as debt and equity issuances, share-based payment arrangements, purchase accounting, revenue recognition, earnings per share, and the adoption of new accounting standards.
Chris is a frequent speaker on accounting and financial reporting trends and has published many articles exploring the modernization of accounting and finance organizations.
Prior to joining Stout, Chris offered consulting services to clients on a variety of projects, including SEC advisory, U.S. GAAP and IFRS technical issues, internal audit, process and controls, and robotic process automation. Chris’ clients include many sizes and industries, from nonprofits to financial services to private equity.
