Bill Fasel has over 25 years of advisory experience assisting multi-national and middle-market clients with business transformation, corporate finance, turnaround, and strategic advisory matters. He has provided a range of financial advisory and M&A services to companies, debtors, lenders, unsecured creditors, and private equity firms.
Bill has led numerous engagements related to improving operational and financial performance, identifying strategic alternatives, assessing and enhancing short-term liquidity, creating and analyzing turnaround plans, assisting clients in recapitalization, offering capital advisory, and advising throughout the M&A transaction and business lifecycles.
Client engagements encompass numerous industries, including automotive, consumer products, retail, industrial products, healthcare, oil and gas, power generation, and financial services.
Prior to joining Stout, Bill held leadership roles with several professional services firms, such as serving within Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance group, PwC’s Business Restructuring Services practice, Deloitte’s Corporate Restructuring Group, and Huron Consulting Group.
Bill has also held corporate development roles with Campbell Soup Company and Aon Corporation and was an investment banker in the M&A practice of Lehman Brothers.
