Alexander Wilson

Alex Wilson is a Director in Stout’s Investment Banking group, focused on executing M&A transactions for aerospace, defense, and government services (“ADG”) clients.

Prior to joining Stout, Alex was a Vice President on the investment banking team at FON Advisors, a boutique advisory firm serving the ADG industry. Before joining FON, he helped execute multiple control equity investments in middle-market government contractors with Proteus Capital Solutions, a private equity firm also focused on the ADG industry. While at Proteus, Alex assisted in building new platform companies dedicated to supporting national security missions in the intelligence community, special operations, and federal civil sectors.

Prior to Proteus, Alex worked in investment banking roles at Renaissance Strategic Advisors, a boutique ADG advisory firm, and Perella Weinberg Partners, where he worked on M&A and restructuring transactions across the industrials (including ADG) and energy groups. He started his career with BMO Capital Markets.
