Stout Announces Investment Banking Senior Leadership Changes

Stout is pleased to announce that Kevin Manning has been named Head of Investment Banking. Kevin joined Stout in January of 2021 as Managing Director and Head of Industrials, with more than 25 years of mergers and acquisitions and capital market expertise with an emphasis on industrial manufacturing, distribution, and services companies.

Prior to joining Stout, Kevin worked as Managing Director and Head of Diversified Industrials for Cowen & Company where he established and developed a Chicago-based investment banking team. Kevin also previously worked as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Industrials Group at BMO Capital Markets and as Managing Director in the Global Industrials Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Stout is also pleased to announce that Nick Jachim has been named as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking. In this new role, Nick will focus on managing the bank’s referral network with a special focus on wealth advisors, law firms, accounting firms, and commercial banks.

Nick joined Stout in 2013 as Head of Investment Banking and led the group through dramatic growth, including expansion to seven global locations throughout Europe and Asia. Nick has more than 30 years of experience providing advice on a wide range of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, strategic alternatives/options, deal negotiation, and deal execution to public corporations, privately held companies, family businesses, and portfolio companies of private equity funds.
