Stout announced today that its client, Abrisa Technologies (“Abrisa”), a portfolio company of Graham Partners, Inc. (“Graham”), was acquired by an affiliate of HEF Groupe (“HEF”). Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Graham and Abrisa in connection with the transaction.
