Kate Lattner Named To American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 Under 40 in 2023

Each year, the organization honors 40 top industry professionals across the U.S. under the age of 40. The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. The 40 Under 40 honorees are distinguished by professional achievements and service and are selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals.
Ms. Lattner is a highly skilled forensic accountant who focuses her practice on dispute, investigatory, bankruptcy, and restructuring matters. Her cases routinely involve complex financial and accounting issues, accounting reconstruction issues, intricate asset tracing analyses, financial statement analysis, damages calculations, and financial reporting fraud. She has served in expert and consulting capacities on nuanced bankruptcy litigation matters, cross-border insolvency matters, large-scale forensic investigations, and complicated commercial disputes.
