Kate Lattner focuses her practice primarily on complex business disputes and investigations. She has substantial experience on cases involving complex accounting matters, accounting reconstruction, damages and lost profits calculations, financial reporting fraud, and intricate asset tracing analyses.
Kate routinely works on commercial disputes, post-acquisition disputes, internal investigations, and U.S. bankruptcy and cross-border restructuring and litigation matters. In addition, she is experienced in accounting and auditor malpractice matters, and related Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) guidance matters. She has also worked on U.S. regulatory investigations involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
