Jim and his team served as exclusive financial advisor on sale of EMS USA, Inc. ("EMS"), a portfolio company of Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC ("Victory Park"), to First Reserve.

EMS, based in Pasadena, TX, provides non-discretionary, recurring, mission-critical pipeline integrity, maintenance, and repair solutions to the energy sector. Serving a premier list of over 500 clients throughout the midstream and downstream value chain, the company provides a comprehensive suite of solutions that includes integrity maintenance, cathodic protection, measurement and automation, operations and maintenance (O&M) compliance, geographic information system (GIS) capabilities, and control room operations. These services help clients manage risk, enhance safety and environmental compliance, and properly maintain the integrity of pipeline and facility assets throughout their life cycles.
