金融未来领袖计划 - 投资银行业务

入选候选人将与我们的金融专业人士共度时光，通过参与初级和高级银行家座谈会以及与我行团队成员共同参与的案例研究竞赛，深入了解投资银行业务业。案例研究将在活动结束时向银行高层管理团队进行展示。

NextGen in Finance

Our NextGen in Finance program is designed to provide insight into various functions within Stout for first generation students interested in pursuing finance-related careers.

These virtual, interactive workshops offer students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while networking with Stout colleagues across the firm. An Investment Banking specific two-hour workshop will be held on December 12. This workshop will give you an introduction to a career specifically related to investment banking

NextGen in Finance - Introduction to Business Valuation (DCF) program will be hosted in early Spring 2026.

Our mission is to support future leaders who embody Stout's core values, demonstrate commitment, accountability, and an entrepreneurial spirit as they create a positive change through their experiences and achievements.

Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is an initiative designed to enhance the professional and personal development of select college students by connecting them with Stout colleagues throughout their academic journey. Participation in the program is determined through a selection process to ensure the best fit for both mentors and mentees.
