Michael Lindbloom, PhD, has over five years of experience providing litigation consulting services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including labor and employment disputes, personal economic loss, and exposure analytics and liability estimation.
In the wage and hour practice, Michael provides economic examination, including the review and evaluation of employment data and estimates on liability exposure. He analyzes, reviews, verifies, and tabulates claims information. Additionally, he supports labor and employment class action litigation and general commercial litigation by collecting, managing, and analyzing complex data.
Prior to joining Stout, Michael was an Economist at Resolution Economics and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at Elmhurst University. In addition to his consulting experience, Michael has more than five years of experience teaching economics courses at the college level and has presented research findings at conferences both domestically and internationally.
